Indemnity Agreements
Bail bond services require execution of an indemnity agreement by a qualified indemnitor. The indemnitor assumes financial responsibility for the defendant's appearance at all scheduled court dates. The terms of the indemnity agreement are separate from and in addition to these website terms of service.
Premium Payments
Bail bond premiums are set in accordance with Texas Department of Insurance regulations and depend on the bail amount and the specifics of each case. Premiums are earned upon execution of the bail bond and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the criminal case.
