During a difficult time, this place is absolutely amazing. All the young ladies that I've ever spoken to here are just so kind, compassionate, they help explain things to you and to your loved ones that might be helping you. If you have questions, of course they can't give legal advice, but if this is new to you everything is scary and they do a great job of letting you know what to expect to calm you during a rough time. I had a hard time getting someone to even agree to do it because my fiance had gotten his ticket in another county but was in jail in the county we live in. I had all but $100 of the fee. They let me pay what I had and set me up on a payment arrangement for the remaining fee.
