Last Updated: April 1, 2026

SERVING DALLAS COUNTY SINCE 1997

Act Quick Bail Bonds was established in 1997 by John Rosa with a single office near the Dallas County Courthouse and one guiding principle: when a family calls for help, you answer — day or night. Over three decades, Act Quick has grown from a one-person operation into one of Dallas County’s most recognized bail bond companies, posting thousands of bonds at Lew Sterrett Justice Center and every city jail across the county.

As Dallas County evolved, so did Act Quick. In 2005, the company expanded into Ellis County under the name Act Swift Bail Bonds, bringing the same 24/7 commitment to Waxahachie and the surrounding communities. In 2002, Act Rapid Bail Bonds opened in Denton County, extending coverage to one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas.

Today, Act Quick Bail Bonds operates three offices across three counties, staffed by licensed Texas bail bond agents who understand every step of the process — from booking and magistration to bond conditions and court appearances. The commitment remains the same as day one: fast action, transparent pricing, and treating every client with dignity.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

These principles have guided Act Quick Bail Bonds since 1997 — and they guide every bond we post today.

Arrests don't follow a schedule. Neither do we. Our licensed agents answer every call, every hour of every day — including holidays and weekends.

No Judgment

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity during the most stressful moments of their lives. We help families, not judge them.

Fast Action

We post bonds as quickly as possible once magistration is complete. At Lew Sterrett and every Dallas County facility, our agents are ready to move the moment a bond amount is set.

Transparent Pricing

We explain every cost upfront — the bond premium, any collateral requirements, and payment plan options. No hidden fees, no surprises.
